Gerard METSAN was an employee at TVL from 1996 to 2012.
He went on Private from 2012 to 2015 and joined the Office of Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in 2016.
He was at the position of CIO for 6 years, completing two terms of 3 years contract.
