37 years of age and comes from Pentecost and Solomon Islands. Graduate in Land Use Planning and Real Estate from the University of the South Pacific. Over 10 years work experience in the Government sector at the sub regional level of administration.
Former Secretary General to Penama Provincial Government Council and led the Ambae Volcano provincial disaster response and recovery. Disaster response expert trained under the JICA International Program in Kansai Japan on Disaster Risk Reduction and Response.
Evacuation of over 10,000 people from Ambae to Santo and nearby islands in 2017 and 2018. Strategic planning emergency response implementation under cluster response.
Over 5 years of expertise the sub regional level of governance and administration in the Arae Council of Vanuatu. A decentralization Champion with expert knowledge of the area councils’ settings and governance levels.
Currently Deputy Registrar General of Civil Registry and Identity Management Department with a string passion to ensure government services reach the average citizen in the area councils and communities.
Envisions government services being accessible at the community Level.
